Aust/NZ Clean Sweep

Our Yearling Sales graduates have made a virtual clean sweep of all the 2011 colt & gelding awards for Trotter’s of the Year on both sides of the Tasman.

Sundon’s Gift (Aged), The Bohemian (3yo) and Flying Isa (2yo) all from the NZ sales took out the Australian awards.

Flying Isa, Paramount Geegee (3yo) and I Can Doosit (Aged) won the respective New Zealand titles. The only chink in the clean sweep was that I Can Doosit had to be withdrawn just prior to the auction with an injury to a hock.

While Sundon’s Gift closes in on lifetime earnings of NZ$1.5 million it is incredible to consider Paramount Geegee’s earnings stand at $537,700 from just his two and three-year-old seasons to date.
